FREE-AARP Tax Preparation Service Extra Spots

Trained volunteers will offer free tax preparation help with Federal and State of Illinois tax returns. You must make an appointment to attend. No library card required. No need to be an AARP member or senior. Returns will be filed electronically. Hosted in partnership with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program. 

A packet of required documents can be picked up in advance of your appointment at the drive-up window or inside the Library at the Readers or Reference Services Desks. Please read and complete all required documents prior to your appointment. Married couples filing jointly must both attend the session.
