Collective Edge: Unlocking the Secret Power of Groups by Colin M. Fisher, Ph.D., Associate Professor of
Organizations and Innovation at University College London's School of Management, reveals the invisible
forces that shape group dynamics and shows how understanding these forces can lead to extraordinary
accomplishments. Fisher is a renowned expert in team dynamics and leadership, with years of experience
in studying and advising on effective teamwork.
