What is work/life “balance,” really? In this workshop, we will explore myths surrounding the idea of “balance,” what living a balanced life day-to-day actually looks like, and the roles self-management and community play in mastering the skills that cultivate balance. You’ll walk away with the tools and actionable steps to start making balance in your life a reality.

Speaker Bio

This workshop is led by Founder and Artistic Director of Goodly Creatures Theatre Katrina Syrris, a lifelong artist and advocate for the arts. Katrina has been a performer, playwright, producer and director for more than 20 years, all while cultivating a successful career in marketing and nonprofit leadership. Katrina combines her life experience with respected research on the topics she covers. Her workshop is discussion-based and full of opportunities to put into practice the concepts explored.
